This is a Casual Worker Employment Contract template that can be tailored to suit your needs. It is in accordance with the statutory minimum requirements.

It provides employment on a fixed term basis on the same terms as our Basic Employment Contract, however it does not set in stone the hours and days to be worked. It is flexible and allows for the parties to agree these between themselves.
