This Confidentiality Clause defines what information is considered confidential information and provides that each party has a duty to keep such information confidential. Any failure by a party to comply with the provisions of this Confidentiality Clause constitutes a breach of contract.
This Confidentiality Clause can be included into any new contract during the drafting stage or it can subsequently be included into an already existing contract provided the contract is modified by a Deed of Variation.
